No reason to complain, I liked this place, couldn't recommend more. It was an exceptionally comfortable hotel, nesteled in a historic building. The restaurant was GOOD with excellent food, I tried amazing dishes. The location was magnificent and wonderful as for me.

I stayed in a city double room with a nice shower and a balcony.

I liked the location, the air-conditioned room, the comfortable beds, the large bathroom, the possibility to get an iron.Breakfast is of good quality but a little disorganised. Wifi is available with vouchers allowing 3 hours of free internet per day.Connection is very good.
The lunch and dinner menus are overpriced. The breakfast area should be arranged in a bigger area.Labelling the tea, coffee, hot milk and water pots would be a good idea. The croissants and pains au chocolat are excellent! No English channels available on TV. No shower curtains in bathroom but the bathroom is modern.

The restaurant; food, service and milieu - perfect
The rooms need to be refreshed; But the room was big the beds good and there was even a little balcony, so all in all it was ok.

Nice views, quiet and restaurant prepared good food. If you want to sit in your room for a quiet pre dinner drink - take your own corksrew
One of the bar staff needs to find a new job - he obviously does not like the one he has. The tourists pay your wages - look after them!

Close to everything in Ste Raphael. Nice decor.
Drinks in bar very overpriced. Breakfast could've been better....not much of a selection. wifi only worked in the reception area. No english speaking tv channels, not even bbc or cnn.
